Highlight cutting: A high-speed (typically 20,000 rpm) engraving machine is used to cut parts using a diamond cutter attached to the spindle. This creates a localized highlight on the surface of the part. The brightness of the cut highlight is affected by the speed of the milling drill. Faster drill speeds produce brighter highlights, while slower speeds create darker highlights and are more likely to produce knife marks.
Two-tone anodizing: Anodizing a product and giving specific areas different colors. Two-tone anodizing is a complex process and is more expensive, but the contrast between the two colors can better reflect the product's high-end and unique appearance.
Aluminum square tubes are widely used for building frames, curtain walls, railings, fences, partitions, canopies, equipment supports, and other structural or decorative applications. Their high strength-to-weight ratio makes them ideal for modern construction projects.
We commonly manufacture 6061, 6063, and 6005 aluminum square tubes. We can also supply other alloys according to your project requirements and technical specifications.
Yes. We provide custom aluminum square tubes based on your drawings or specifications. Length, outer dimensions, wall thickness, and tolerances can all be customized to meet your application needs.
We offer a wide range of surface treatments, including:
Anodizing
Powder coating
Electrophoresis
Wood grain finish
PVDF coating
Brushed and polished finishes
Custom colors are available according to RAL color standards.
Yes. Aluminum naturally resists corrosion, and anodized or powder-coated finishes provide additional protection against moisture, UV exposure, and harsh weather, making the tubes ideal for outdoor construction.
Yes. When the correct alloy, wall thickness, and dimensions are selected, aluminum square tubes provide excellent structural strength while remaining much lighter than steel. They are widely used in load-bearing frames and industrial structures.
Yes. We offer comprehensive fabrication services, including:
Precision cutting
CNC machining
Drilling
Punching
Milling
Welding
Assembly
This helps customers receive ready-to-install components and reduces additional processing costs.
Our MOQ depends on the profile specifications and customization requirements. Standard products usually require a lower MOQ, while custom extrusions may vary. Please contact us with your project details for an accurate quotation.
We implement strict quality control throughout production, including raw material inspection, dimensional verification, surface quality inspection, and final testing before shipment to ensure every product meets international quality standards.
Simply send us your drawing (CAD, PDF, STEP, or IGES) or provide the required dimensions, alloy, surface finish, quantity, and application. Our engineering team will prepare a competitive quotation as quickly as possible.
