Material Selection and Durability Guide for Solar PV Frame Profiles
PV frames require balanced structural strength and long-term durability. We recommend 6063-T5/T6 aluminum alloy for its excellent corrosion resistance, proven by 3000-hour salt spray tests. Anodizing (AA15-20) or fluorocarbon coatings are preferred for surface treatment, ensuring over 25 years of weather resistance.
Designs must withstand wind pressure (≥2400Pa) and snow loads (≥5400Pa). Profile cavities should integrate drainage systems, with stainless steel fasteners at frame connections. We supply PV profiles certified to ISO 12206, guaranteeing safe operation throughout the power plant's lifecycle.

A black anodized aluminum cover is an aluminum component treated through an anodizing process that creates a durable black oxide layer on the surface. It provides enhanced corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and an attractive architectural appearance.
These covers are widely used in building facades, curtain walls, ceilings, wall panels, window systems, decorative trims, and other architectural projects that require both protection and aesthetics.
Anodized aluminum offers superior durability, better scratch resistance, improved UV stability, and a finish that does not easily peel, crack, or fade over time.
Yes. The anodized surface provides excellent weather resistance and UV protection, making it suitable for long-term outdoor architectural applications.
Yes. We provide custom extrusion, cutting, drilling, CNC machining, and fabrication services according to customer drawings or specifications.
Common alloy options include 6063, 6061, and other architectural-grade aluminum alloys. We can recommend the most suitable material based on your project requirements.
In addition to black anodizing, we offer silver anodizing, bronze anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis, wood grain finishes, and other customized surface treatments.
Yes. The anodized layer forms a protective barrier that significantly improves corrosion resistance and helps maintain the product's appearance in harsh environments.
Yes. With proper alloy selection and anodizing thickness, black anodized aluminum covers can perform well in coastal and high-humidity environments.
Yes. We support OEM and ODM services, including custom profiles, surface finishes, machining, packaging, and branding solutions.
