The key to optimal performance lies in selecting the appropriate fin type for your specific operating conditions. Our range includes:
G-Type (Wrapped Fin): The fin is mechanically wrapped under tension onto the base tube. It's a cost-effective general-purpose option, but with a lower contact strength, making it suitable for less corrosive environments.
L-Type (Embedded Fin): The fin base is embedded into a groove machined on the tube. This offers a robust mechanical bond and excellent heat transfer, ideal for applications with thermal cycling and moderate temperatures.
KL-Type (Knurled & Embedded L-Fin): An advanced version of the L-type. The fin base is knurled before being embedded, creating an even tighter fit that minimizes air gaps and significantly enhances heat conduction and durability under stress.
DR-Type (Extruded Fin):The fin is formed by extruding a sleeve of aluminum or copper over a steel core tube, creating a seamless, metallurgical bond. This type provides the highest level of corrosion protection and is the premier choice for highly aggressive atmospheres.
Our manufacturing process uses high-frequency welding (HFW) to create a continuous, metallurgical bond between the fin and tube. This results in a finned tube heat exchanger component with minimal thermal resistance, superior structural integrity, and the ability to withstand intense thermal cycling in industrial boiler systems, guaranteeing efficiency and reliability.
These are specialized bimetallic composite finned tubes with a new design, protected by three patents: structural patent, design patent, and utility model patent.

To protect the finned tubes during storage and transportation, products are usually layered with protective film and packed in wooden boxes with iron frames. This structure helps prevent fin deformation, surface scratches, moisture exposure, and transportation damage.
Customized packaging can also be provided according to product length, fin type, shipment method, export requirements, and customer specifications. For long tubes or precision finned tubes, reinforced export packaging is recommended to ensure safe delivery.
