G-Type (Wrapped Fin): The fin is mechanically wrapped under tension onto the base tube. It's a cost-effective general-purpose option, but with a lower contact strength, making it suitable for less corrosive environments.
L-Type (Embedded Fin): The fin base is embedded into a groove machined on the tube. This offers a robust mechanical bond and excellent heat transfer, ideal for applications with thermal cycling and moderate temperatures.

KL-Type (Knurled & Embedded L-Fin): An advanced version of the L-type. The fin base is knurled before being embedded, creating an even tighter fit that minimizes air gaps and significantly enhances heat conduction and durability under stress.

DR-Type (Extruded Fin):The fin is formed by extruding a sleeve of aluminum or copper over a steel core tube, creating a seamless, metallurgical bond. This type provides the highest level of corrosion protection and is the premier choice for highly aggressive atmospheres.

Our manufacturing process uses high-frequency welding (HFW) to create a continuous, metallurgical bond between the fin and tube.
