It was hot summer, and we came to the meeting room where the air conditioner had been turned on. We took a brief look at the samples on both sides, sat down, ate some fruit, drank some water, and started the business talks. The customer was more concerned about our factory's main customer groups, payment methods, and delivery dates, etc. We answered the customer's questions one by one and ended the agenda in half an hour.
