India Customer Visit

Today, the green ivy in the office looked especially vibrant, with sunlight filtering through the blinds casting grid-like shadows on the conference table—our long-awaited Indian clients were about to arrive, marking the beginning of this ceremonious occasion. From initial communication to face-to-face interaction, this 'mutual pursuit' is filled with many details worth recording.

We received prior notice that the Indian clients would arrive at the station on May 9th in the evening, so our export team went to the station to pick them up. Upon meeting the clients, we presented them with prepared bouquets and took a group photo. Afterward, we dined together with the clients, during which we deeply felt their enthusiasm and humility. After dinner, we agreed on a time and sent the clients back to their hotel to rest.

The next day, we picked up the clients to visit the factory. The clients first toured our company's cultural wall and praised it. Then, we proceeded to the workshop, introducing our products and the production process. We showed them our warehouse, product inventory, three extrusion lines,furnaces, molds, and cutting and packaging processes. During the tour, the clients asked about our annual production capacity, to which we replied it was 5,000 tons.


After touring the workshop, we brought the clients to the sample room. We introduced our round tubes, aluminum frames, various shaped aluminum profiles, finned tubes, heat sink,and welded products, confirming that the related products were white powder coated. We then held a sample meeting discussion. The clients demonstrated the installation methods for the profiles and accessories, and we raised relevant questions to clarify with them. We discussed issues such as the minimum order quantity, payment terms, and delivery points. Subsequently, we will provide drawings for confirmation by the clients before proceeding with sample production.


After the meeting, the clients were very warm and friendly, presenting us with gifts, to which we reciprocated and took photos as mementos. The clients highly praised our arrangements, and we also warmly welcomed their return visits.


As I conclude this account, it is said that the essence of reception is 'turning moments into memories.' This time, we captured memories with photos and demonstrated professionalism through our workshop products. Looking forward to our next reunion, where we can share new stories and write more brilliant chapters in the book of cooperation.
